Here is how the referral system works: Once customers register and set up their digital wallets, their digital cards will be securely stored in Google Pay and Apple Pay. When they access their wallets and open the digital card, they can click the menu on the top right corner to find their referral link, “Share card.”
They can then share this referral link with their friends. When their friends use the referral link to register, visit your restaurant, and redeem an offer, both the referrer and the referee will automatically receive points.
You have the option to configure the number of points awarded per referral. Currently, it is set to one point per referral, but you can adjust this setting as you see fit. To do so, go to the card in your account, navigate to the information section, and activate the referral program.
